Restrictions

All purchases made by persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the UK by NanoSTIX. You must be 18 years or older and have a credit card/debit card to buy our products online. We do not sell our products to minors and we reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction when it is thought that the product is being bought for or on behalf of a minor.

Refunds and Returns, Shipping

We offer a standard 14-day long distance refund as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened.* All hardware has a standard 48 hour DOA policy.

*Due to health & hygiene, e-liquids, disposable e-cigarettes and tanks are excluded from this policy and are only returnable if faulty.

Any missing or damaged items in your order, must be notified to NanoSTIX within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel.

Our cut off time for next day delivery is 4pm Monday – Thursday. Orders for next day delivery need to be made before these times to ensure they can be dispatched the same day. Orders made after these times will be dispatched the next working day e.g. orders made on Thursday after 4pm will be dispatched on Monday.

Notice

The purchase of products from NanoSTIX is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Data Protection

We hereby state that we will not use or pass on any customer details without prior consent and will not share any information we collect with third parties.

Descriptions

Our descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide only. We try to give as much accurate information and look of our product to be as truthful a depiction as possible but NanoSTIX cannot be held wholly responsible for any minor differences.

Jurisdiction

This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which NanoSTIX and the customer hereby submit.

Liability

NanoSTIX, to the extent allowed by law, will not be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss arising out of products sold from the site or shop or other referred to items in these circumstances:

for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of NanoSTIX or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.

Payment

All payments must be paid prior to dispatch unless a credit account has been set up and authorised by NanoSTIX in which case payment should be made within 14 days from the date of invoicing. NanoSTIX has the right to withhold products and suspend further deliveries until the payment/s have been resolved and paid. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT except our wholesale pricing which is exclusive of VAT. These prices can be changed and NanoSTIX reserves the right to amend prices, without prior notice, at any time. The amendments will only be made prior to an order or contract unless an administrative error is made on behalf of the seller. In which case we reserve the right not to honour any sales in which these errors may occur. In this eventuality you will be contacted, the order will be cancelled and you will have the option to replace your order again. Any tax or duty that needs to be paid will be charged at the current rate at the time of dispatch. All delivery charges and credit card changes are additional.

Cancellations

The Buyer should inspect all products immediately upon receiving them. If there is any problem/damage or the product does not comply with any aspect of the contract, the Buyer needs to notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery in writing. Failure to do so deems the Buyer to have accepted the product.

Privacy Policy

NanoSTIX collects your data lawfully and in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. This means we are committed to protecting your privacy and do not pass your information on to any third party without your consent. Your information is used primarily for marketing and advertising and we do not send random emails to personal email addresses (spam). We may use technology such as cookies to improve customer services. Please see our privacy policy.

Quality

All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.

We offer a 28 day replace or exchange warranty on all our mods.

Security

PayPal and Secure Trading use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Time of Order

Orders received by us before 4pm (GMT) during working days will normally be dispatched on the same day. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.

Title to Goods

The property and title of all goods and product will remain that of NanoSTIX until full payment has been received. Upon receiving payment, the property and title will pass to the customer.

Shipments

NanoSTIX makes no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to ship or import our devices to any state. The customer is solely responsible for shipment of the device(s) and by placing an order is authorising NanoSTIX to act on their behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order to the selected destination. Identification may be required when the goods are delivered.

NanoSTIX is not liable for any local import tax costs that may be incurred.

Marketing

By accepting these terms & conditions, you consent to NanoSTIX contacting you with marketing materials via email, post or SMS. You can unsubscribe from these materials at any time.
